APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC)

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Travel Card (ABTC) provides convenience for short-term business travel within the APEC region by simplifying the procedures of entering APEC economies.

The method of "one application, multiple uses of information 'is adopted, which means that applicants only need to apply for permission to enter participating economies.

Successful applicants from fully participating economies will receive a five-year card, which can be used as the entry authorization for other fully participating economies, which have already issued pre-permits for short-term business trips up to 60 days or 90 days.

The card also enables the holder to quickly track immigration process at major international airports in each economy.

Please note that Canada and the United States of America (USA) are transitional members of the ABTC program, which do not provide reciprocal entry arrangements, but provide fast entry processing at major international airports.
