2. Apart from visa, it is also important to ensure that:
2.1 Place and country of destination is safe to visit.
2.2 Validity date of passport is more than six months from date of travel.
2.3 Passport/self-identification document as well as the name, address and
telephone number of next-of-kin are available and kept safely while
traveling. |
3. On arrival at the destination, Malaysians who are planning to stay for
more than 3 months in the foreign country are required to register at the
nearest
Malaysian Mission. Registration can be made by telephone, fax,
e-mail or by visiting the
Malaysian Mission.

4. For some countries, upon arrival, travelers may be required to produce a
World Health Organization approved International Inoculation Certificate.
Presently, the yellow fever vaccine is the only vaccine that could be
required. However, a few countries might demand proof that travelers have
